As our People & Business Services Manager, Daniela works alongside Director Rex Muir to support the day-to-day operations of our Property Management department. She works across trust accounting, compliance, business projects and team support, while continually improving the systems and processes that help the department operate efficiently.

Whether she’s implementing a new initiative, assisting with day-to-day operations or working behind the scenes on business improvements, she is passionate about helping the department run smoothly.

With a strong passion for people, property and creative marketing, Sharday plays an integral role as Executive Assistant to Tom Lemke within the Team Lemke group at Wilton Lemke Stewart. Known for her organised approach, attention to detail and positive energy, she works closely behind the scenes to ensure every campaign runs seamlessly while delivering a high level of service to clients throughout the sales process.
Coming from a background centred around customer service, marketing and administration, Sharday naturally found her place within the fast paced world of real estate. Outside of work, Sharday enjoys staying active with her Great Dane, Moose, spending time at the beach and trying new cafés and local spots with family and friends. With nine years of experience in the real estate industry, Abbie Jones brings a well-rounded skillset and deep understanding of property to her role as Executive Assistant. Beginning her career in property management, Abbie developed a strong foundation in client service, organisation and day-to-day operational management before transitioning into a sales marketing role, where she gained valuable experience in campaign coordination and property marketing.
Now working as an Executive Assistant, Abbie plays a key role in supporting the sales process from start to finish. Her background across multiple areas of real estate gives her a unique perspective and allows her to anticipate needs, streamline processes and ensure every campaign runs smoothly.
Highly organised and process-driven, Abbie thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering efficient systems, clear communication and exceptional support to both clients and her team.
With experience across both residential and commercial real estate, Stella brings a strong understanding of the property industry and a calm, organised approach to every aspect of her role. After beginning her career in Human Resources, where she spent two years developing valuable communication and people skills, she transitioned into real estate and has now worked as an Executive Assistant for more than three years.
Having spent the past year in residential real estate, following previous experience in commercial property, Stella has built a well-rounded skillset and enjoys the fast-paced nature of the industry. Known for her approachable personality, reliability and attention to detail, she takes pride in supporting both her team and clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout every campaign.
